Maintain and monitor end-user workstations and productivity on local area network. Perform a variety of maintenance, software installation, end-user support and training tasks to ensure end-user workstations and network performance meet company and user requirements. Provide support to staff on all company-supported applications. Troubleshoot computer problems, determine source and advise on appropriate action. Complete application project-based work. Perform responsibilities in accordance with all company standards, policies and procedures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide advanced support for all tickets escalated beyond Support 1
User Account creation for all systems and applications maintained by Conifer
New user creation, and maintenance for employees of Conifer
Maintain and Create workstation images
Asset management of hardware/software/licenses
Installation, configuration, and management of software and licenses on end user workstations
Moving of workstations, interoffice, telecommute
Call Profile Builds
Printer Issues & Toner Replacement
New Employee Orientation(s)

Strong aptitude in Windows operating systems, hardware, upgrades and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of methodology to run computer systems and to troubleshoot minor computer equipment malfunctions.
Interpersonal skills necessary to train others in computer systems.
Ability to communicate problems with supervisors as they become known.
Must maintain confidentiality.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to provide customer with outstanding customer care and service at all times.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Include minimum education, technical training, and/or experience preferred to perform the job.
Minimum 2-4 year help desk experience
Prefer degree in related field and/or any of the following: A+, Net+, Security+ Certification
Prefer previous experience with software imaging solutions
Prefer working knowledge of LuminX Claims Processing Systems.
