The Paley Orthopedic & Institute seeks a full time (remote) web developer and SEO Manager to manage its websites and work with the marketing team to develop a targeted and impactful web strategy which will ultimately yield patient conversion. The ideal candidate will be well versed in SEO best practices and will make recommendations to promote the Institute, the physicians and the service lines.
Writing well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices
Creating website layout/user interfaces by using standard HTML/CSS practices
Integrating data from various back-end services and databases
Maintaining, expanding, and scaling our sites
Staying plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and applying them to operations and activities
Managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks
Tracking, reporting, and analyzing website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
Optimizing copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
Performing ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
Working with marketing team to drive SEO in content creation and content programming

3-Years experience in web programming (wordpress experience a plus)
Top-notch programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS
A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management and best development practices
Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets
Experience managing PPC campaigns
Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
Ability to be a self-starter and prioritize tasks accordingly
BS in computer science or a related field
