Responsible for designing and facilitating development programs and learning content to improve individual and organizational performance. Design and develop online compliance/regulatory training content.
Instructional design - Design and develop learning content that is relevant and high-quality to ensure high levels of learner engagement and retention/application. Work within established procedures to achieve specified goals relating to design and development of learning assets. Design and develop content using a variety of instructional techniques or formats.
L&D program delivery – Facilitate training sessions for engaging learners to achieve intended learning outcomes. Live training may be face-to-face or virtual.
Learning analysis – Participate in analyzing requests for learning content, advising on relevance to organizational objectives and appropriate content format that best achieves intended outcomes. Evaluate existing learning content to make recommendations on improvement.
Professional development – Maintain an understanding of relevant technology and industry best practices through ongoing education and self-development.

Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Corporate Training, Adult Education, or related fields preferred.
Experience with Adobe, Captivate, Powtoon & Instructional Design methods preferred.
