As the Pharmacy Manager - Back End Operations, you will lead and direct the automation, IV department, pre-pack department, picking, packing and staging departments towards their primary objectives, by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate leads. Your success will be driven by your ability to build a culture of continuous improvement and patient-focused care.
Establish current and long-range objectives, plans, and policies, subject to approval by the Omnicare Management.
Provide advice, mentorship, direction, and authorization to carry out major plans and procedures, consistent with established policies.
Create shift schedules.
Develop team building activities.
Work through leads to ensure timeliness of route releases.
Deliver timely, candid, constructive feedback to develop employees to their full potential. Provide coaching and counseling as necessary.
Offer challenging opportunities that improve employee career growth; developing the appropriate talent pool to ensure adequate bench strength and succession planning
Recognize and reward employees for accomplishments.

Pharmacy Technician Registration License in good standing for the state of Minnesota
2+ years of Pharmacy Technician experience

Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of leadership/management experience preferred
2+ years of Long Term Care Pharmacy experience preferre
Education High School Diploma or equivalent
