We are seeking at Technical Program Manager to join our Digital Informatics and Technology Solutions team. The Technical Program Manager is responsible for the organization, tracking, and delivery of employee experience projects at MSK that involve IT related activity.
Lead the strategic planning and architecture of IT employee experience initiatives at MSK
Lead the planning and implementation of the project plan ensuring Project Management methodology is followed
Develop project plans to include the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables, project tasks, resource requirements and allocation of tasks
Provide direction and support to employee experience project team members
Identifies, acquires and maintains resources necessary for project completion
Negotiates conflicts and resolves issues that arise during this process
Lead meetings with project teams, steering and executive committees and vendors
Maintains awareness of team engagement; identifies and responds to key challenges and areas of opportunity
Monitors adherence to timelines and budgets throughout the project
Working with MSKCC departments, engineers and vendors, creates detailed architectural drawings for all designs
Documents relevant workflows, project requirements, policy and procedure gaps, key decisions and necessary follow-up
Coordinates with applicable stakeholders when developing and executing a multi-stage communications plan
Facilitates and oversees departmental pilot programs and Center-wide rollout. Resolves related troubleshooting and updates
Provides effective structured change management (including contract addendums, budget addendums and technical design changes) support for all large-scale, client-facing projects or internal IS initiatives
Develop specific change management strategies and plans, identify risks, coordinate with stakeholders and overcome obstacles to change
Direct experience with employee/customer experience strategy and architecture.
Knowledge of AI/ML capabilities, chat bots/task bots and how they fit within an employee/customer experience approach.
Experience interacting with technical VP's
Understanding of both business and technical requirements and able to actively engage with either
Experience operating at the 'system level'
5 years of IT project management experience preferably within the UI/UX space
Knowledge of AI/ML and NLP practices
Experience leading large scale IT projects on an enterprise wide level
