Atlantic Health System is seeking a Full Time Medical Office Assoaciate for Urogynecology office, a part of Atlantic Medical Group.
The MOA will assume responsibility for front desk duties such as answering phones, routing patient calls, registering patients, scheduling appointments, entering demographics
Medical Office Front end will also be collecting co-payments, verifying insurance, scanning documents, processing medical record requests and other clerical duties as assigned
Must have excellent customer service skills
Previous healthcare experience preferred
High School Diploma required
Prior administrative experience in a physician practice preferred
Computer literacy essential
EPIC EMR experience preferred
