Overview:
Rocky Mountain Cancer Centers, Colorado's largest and most comprehensive provider of cancer care has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Pharmacy Technician in our Denver, Rose Oral Pharmacy.
Responsibilities:

• Build patient profiles and processes prescription orders in pharmacy software.
• Submit claims for medication to insurance and completes prior authorization requests.
• Learn to investigate patient financial assistance options when cost becomes prohibitive.
• Fill and label medications for the pharmacist to verify.
• Maintain inventory levels of drugs and supplies.
• Package and print shipping labels for sending out medication.
• Maintain records and sets up deliveries and refills.
• Correspond with nurses, doctors, financial coordinators, and other employees throughout RMCC.

Salary Range:
$19.00 - $24.00

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum two years experience in a retail pharmacy. Must have prior work experience with prior authorizations. Strong communication skills required.
