St. Luke's Cancer Institute Pharmacy Teams

• Locations: Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Fruitland (and Twin Falls) opportunities available
• Hours: Monday through Friday Days
• Schedules available: Full-time, Part-Time, and Flex/PRN

St. Luke's Cancer Institute Oncology Pharmacy Technicians assist the pharmacists in the preparation of medications including chemotherapy. Oncology technicians prepare sterile IV admixtures in a clean room setting to be administered to our outpatient patients. The majority of our technicians work within the clean room throughout the day and split tasks purchasing, cleaning, stocking, and preparing for the following day's treatment plans. St. Luke's Cancer Institute works with a small team of technicians and pharmacists in the Treasure Valley who treat our community through five (5) different Institutes in Fruitland, Nampa, Meridian, Boise, and Twin Falls. Our Oncology teams have close interactions with our nursing staff and patients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid Idaho Pharmacy Technician License required
• Two (2) years' experience preferred
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred

The city of Meridian is a suburb of Boise located approximately 10 miles from downtown Boise. Meridian is a premier place to live and work with just under 90,000 residents. This clean and attractive city is framed by mountains and has a pleasant mild, 4-season climate and excellent commerce.
