JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for providing clerical support services in addition to providing, medical records, EOB�s, UB92�s and itemized statements to external and internal entities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Include the following. Others may be assigned.

• Processes requests for medical records, EOBâ��s, Ub92â��s, and itemized statements to designated business unit contact.
• Performs various clerical duties such as sorting correspondence, filing, photocopying and scanning and indexing documents. Mail printing, tracking and distribution.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

Include minimum education, technical training, and/or experience required to perform the job.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0 - 3 years business office or related experience
