The Senior Team Member Relations Specialist will focus on the resolution of complex work related concerns. This position will provide guidance and recommendations on a variety of issues, including but not limited to conflict resolution and workplace investigations, by ensuring Coniferâ��s policies and procedures are consistently applied. Additionally, this position will interact with team members, management and government agencies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Include the following. Others may be assigned.
Investigate complex levels of team member concerns providing timely resolution in accordance to company standard.
Provide conflict resolution guidance to business support HRBPs and management.
Provide guidance to TMR Specialists in resolving concerns.
Review cases to identify trends and interface with senior management and HRBPs to discuss recommendations.
Participate in quality assurance activities.
Investigate complaints from government agencies.
Facilitate Coniferâ��s Fair Treatment Process.
Other projects as assigned.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Include minimum education, technical training, and/or experience required to perform the job.
Bachelor degree in Human Resources or business; or equivalent relevant experience
5-7 years general HR Experience, preferably in a centralized environment
3+ years direct experience in conducting employee relations investigations that vary in scope and complexity
Experience in a multi-state, large company a plus
HR certification a plus
