Atlantic Health System is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to work in our centralized Resource Pool. The qualified candidate will provide patient care to Atlantic Health Systems facilities; Overlook Medical Center, Chilton Medical Center, Morristown Medical Center, and Newton Medical Center. The positions are available in our Labor and Delivery Units, full-time, 12 hour night shift.
Candidate will have the ability to utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate the plan of care for patients served. Through the model of Shared Governance, collaborate with all members of the health care team with a focus on promoting evidenced based care within a healing culture for the patient population served and their families.
Candidate will demonstrate and embrace the PRIDE core values (Professionalism, Respect, Involvement, Dignity and Excellence) in every aspect of their job.
Candidate must have excellent communication and computer skills.
RN must be able to care for patients in all aspects of Labor and delivery, antepartum, couplet, and newborn care
Must be able to circulate in a c-section
Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program
Advanced Fetal Monitoring preferred
NJ RN License
2+ years of NICU or level 2 nursery experience a plus
