Schedule: Monday – Fridays 7:00 am – 3:30 pm

Location: 1050 Patrol Road Jeffersonville, IN 47130

Primary Responsibilities:

• Process returns
• Perform cycle counts on inventory
• Handle stock rotation and expired products
• Report inventory discrepancies
• May also perform drug / supply ordering and inventory / warehouse duties, including proper storage of drugs and supplies and appropriate refrigeration of perishable product, fill dispensing units
• Properly packs product as required by Standard Operating Procedures
• Create or fix any shipping labels as needed
• Bring packages to shipping, Mail, and Courier as needed
• Assist with answering shipping and delivery door and inventory order
• Receipt and appropriate storage of box order
• Learn functions related to commercial courier and shipping system
• Ensure adequate stock of ice bricks for appropriate packaging of daily shipments
• Monitors and reports as necessary delivery exceptions reports
• Maintain knowledge of shipping holiday schedules
• Maintain open communications regarding courier issues with supervisor

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED (or higher) OR 2+ years of Warehouse/Shipping related work experience 
• 1+ years of experience in shipping/receiving
• Basic level of proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications including ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications
• Ability to stand for the entire shift
