The Chief Health Informatics Officer (CHIO) position establishes a formal informatics leadership presence at the facility level. This formal presence ensures that knowledge of informatics is infused throughout the Robley Rex VA Medical Center (RRVAMC), and that health information issues affecting the delivery of care are clearly articulated and raised appropriately for action. To qualify for this position, you must meet the basic requirements as well as any additional requirements (if applicable) listed in the job announcement.
