Job Description

Role Overview:

Join a world-renowned team of over 900 NPs and PAs at MSK, where compassionate and expert cancer care transforms lives every day. We are seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider to provide comprehensive care to patients in our Ophthalmic Oncology Surgery service, meeting the medical and psychosocial needs of both pediatric and adult patients. In this dynamic role, you'll collaborate closely with top physicians and healthcare professionals, providing pre- and post-operative care in both outpatient clinics and inpatient settings. You'll also be instrumental in implementing patient education and clinical support programs that ensure a seamless continuum of care. If you're a PA or NP with RNFA certification, you'll have the opportunity to expand your impact in the OR as well. Key Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited PA program
• NCCPA certification
• Active NYS license or be qualified for state licensure
• A minimum of 3 years of related experience is preferred
• BLS certification/ PALS certification/ALS certification

OR

• Current New York State (NYS) RN and Family Nurse Practitioner licenses/registrations.
• Master's degree in nursing, prescriptive privileges (or eligibility)
• 3+ years of related clinical experience
• Related National NP certification
• BLS certification/ PALS certification/ALS certification

• Skilled at navigating complex and sometimes conflicting information to make informed decisions
• Proficient in planning and prioritizing tasks to meet commitments that align with organizational objectives

• Adaptable and flexible, able to adjust your approach to meet the evolving demands of changing situations

Location: seeking APPs interested in working at NY MSK sites

Reporting to: Manager, APP

Pay Range: 144k-182k
